William  Norris


He was known to everyone as Bill. He was born in Olney, Texas on April 20, 1942 to Mamie L. Norris and Arvel B. Norris.
Bill Passed away on May 8, 2019 at the age of 77.
He passed away at home peacefully.
No services are planned for bill. His wishes were to be cremated.
Bill loved to play pool, fish and spend time with family and friends.
His greatest joy in life was spending time with his grandchildren and great grand children.
He will be missed by everyone as he was a prankster and just enjoyed being around people. He never met a stranger.
He is survived by his daughter Patsy K. Murphy and Husband Jeffrey; son Buryl Norris and his wife Diana and Daughter Rebecca Woods and her husband Cody; his brother Dan Norris and his wife Jackie Norris; his sister Darlene Smith and her wife Kerry ; his Niece and 1 great niece and 1 great nephew.
Bill had 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

So sorry.
Bill was a classmate of mine at the old Robert E Lee school and even my boyfriend in the fourth or fifth grade ! . We shared many happy times together at school and made many lasting memories.

Bill was a great man. He loved our Granny like his own. He helped take great care of her. He loved his family. Will be missed by many!!!

I know he was a great man because of the love shared by he's family to me. I know all of you will miss him terribly.
