Dripping Springs, TX - Doug was born in Sherman, Texas to Donald G. and Linda Lynch and was a 1982 graduate of Gainesville High School. He received his
BBA degree in Insurance / Risk Management
from North Texas State University in 1986 and was an active member of the Kappa Sigma fraternity. He spent his entire career in the Commercial Insurance business.
Doug enjoyed working on cars and taking his dogs for long walks. From the time he was in grade school he was always rescuing injured animals nursing them back to health. As an adult, Doug and his wife took in many stray dogs and cats.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife Tassia; his brother Donald of Anaheim, California; his aunt and uncle Sue and Jack Cook of Dallas, Texas and many cousins.
