A memorial service for Elmer Lee Hale will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Scott's Funeral Home in Saint Jo.
Lee was born September 17, 1923 in Electra, Texas to Charles and Bessie Hale.
He died November 25, 2015 at 92 years of age.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1942-1945 in the European Theater. He moved to Gainesville in 1998 where he lived until his death.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, three brothers and three sisters with one surviving brother.
He had accepted Christ as his Savior.
