Lisa Anne Thompson Obituary

Show Low, AZ - Beloved sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend, Cooke County 40 year resident, and member of the Gainesville Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lisa Anne Thompson Evans returned home to her Father in Heaven Friday, December 26, 2025 while in the loving care of family and medical staff.


Lisa is preceded in death by her mother Bertie June McCain and father Calvin Coolidge Thompson, as well as husband of 42 years, Harvey Eugene Evans.

Lisa is survived by her sister Davina Edwana Thompson, her daughter Charity and husband Ryan Belton, daughter Constance Condie, daughter Candance and husband Joey Stephens, her grandson Ethan Belton and wife Katie, her granddaughter Brooke and husband Ben Standifer and great-grandson Jasper, grandson Gavin Belton, granddaughters Madison and Desiree Stephens, granddaughter Carolanne Condie, and grandson Joey Stephens, Jr. as well as multiple nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and wonderful friends she met as she served her community in her 25 year career as a Registered nurse, who all love her and will miss her deeply.


In memory of her life and love for nature, our family is organizing a memorial fund to plant trees and install a marker in Hackberry Hill Family Cemetery. This living tribute will serve as a lasting place for friends and family to visit and remember them.

In lieu of flowers, we welcome donations to help cover the costs associated with the trees and marker.
