Gainesville - Phyllis Marie Fielder, 80, of Gainesville, Texas passed away November 22, 2025 at Pecan Tree Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center of Gainesville, Texas surrounded by loved ones. She was born on June 5, 1945 in Gainesville, Texas to Phillip E. and Agnes Marie (Richey) Orsburn.
Phyllis was a lifelong resident of Gainesville. She graduated from Gainesville High School and before graduation she married the love of her life, Robert Fielder. She then decided to further her education and went to Cosmetology School to become a Beautician. She absolutely loved her work and helping others. She also loved gardening and always kept fresh cut flowers in her home, she loved traveling, shopping and going out to eat with loved ones and most of all she loved her family and spending time with them. Phyllis was dearly loved and will be deeply missed.
Phyllis is survived by her estranged son Timothy Fielder, grandson Travis Fielder (Deanna) of Northlake, Raven Fielder (Brandon Keisler) of Breckenridge, niece Lee James (Curlinda) of Gainesville, great niece Savannah Artiaga of Odessa, Dakota Artiaga of Lindsay and numerous great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Fielder, her parents Phillip and Agnes Orsburn, her grandson Nathen Fielder and brother Ronald David (Ozzy) Orsburn.
Graveside services will take place at Cottage Hill Cemetery of Celina, Texas on Saturday, December 6, 2025 beginning at 1:00 p.m. with Dakota Artiaga officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.
