Vincent Charles Dooley, 74, passed peacefully from this world surrounded by family October 19, 2024. He was born in Gainesville, Texas to Mack and Mary Dooley December 5, 1949.
Vince was a devoted dad, grandfather and friend. His faith was the guiding light of his life, reflected in his deep commitment to his church. He lived out his beliefs with quiet strength and grace, always ready to serve others with kindness and compassion. His devotion to his family and faith was unwavering, bringing joy and love to all who knew him.
Left behind to cherish his memories his daughter Melisa and husband Jim Weatheread; daughter Kim and husband Aaron Earl; daughter Shay and husband Brian Stover; son Coy Dooley; grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Luke Dooley and Della Bryant.
Vince was preceded in death by his parents, sons Raymond Dooley and John Hampton and brothers George, Jimmy, Alvin, Roy, Danny and sisters Joyce and Mary.
A memorial service honoring Vince's life will be held 11:00 Saturday, November 2, 2024, at River Alive 1612 E Broadway St., Gainesville, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, and if you feel so moved, the Dooley family has requested that donations be made in memory of Vince Dooley to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, International Fellowship of Christian and Jews or Noah's Ark.
